About the Film:

An early Paul Mazursky project, Peter Sellars stars in this counter culture comedy, one of his many, as a well meaning establishment-minded attorney, Harold Fine, who is unknowingly “turned on” by a revelatory batch of brownies whose recipe was made famous by Alice B. Toklas*. Seeing the world in a different light now, Harold questions straight-laced society and embraces Hippiedom, only to find that the GRASS isn’t always greener on the other side- pun intended.
